2012 Barrel tasting

We have been carefully sampling our 2012 wines in barrel for 15 months and the results are exceeding every expectation!
Since we always worry we are biased, we often invite our friends & experts to come along for the joy of the tastings where we work with the wines to develop their unique charactor and taste. As we approch the bottling of our 2012 wines in the spring of 2014 we will taste a lot!
Contact us if you would like to join us for one of our afternoons of hard work & tasting. OK, perhaps not so much hard work, but it certainly makes for a grand way to spend the afternoon - learning and experimenting in our never ending quest to make fine artisian wines in traditional ways.
